Wyze Lock low batteries at setup

Hello crew,

I just got the Wyze Lock, it’s all set and ready but I cannot calibrate it because it says “the batteries are running low. Please replace to complete calibration”.

I replaced the batteries with a brand new set; same issue.

Any tips?

Is the Device asking for a Firmware update? If so see if you can do a Firmware update before attempting the calibration.

If not try, deleting the device, clearing the App cache, and starting from scratch.

Firmware is up to date.

Removing the device and adding it back solved the issue.
