Wyze lock won’t calibrate

Wyze Lock low batteries at setup

Hello crew, I just got the Wyze Lock, it’s all set and ready but I cannot calibrate it because it says “the batteries are running low. Please replace to complete calibration”. I replaced the batteries with a brand new set; same issue. Any tips?
