Wyze Lock & Keypad , Lock reporting Jam , keypad won't open door

For 2 months everything worked perfectly, The lock works both when I use the app or manually lock it, then reports that its jammed but of course it isn’t it is perfectly locked. The keypad will not unlock the lock any longer, it beeps but nothing, no unlock, and the app says its jammed again but it isn’t. Not sure what the fix is but apparently this happens a fair amount from what I read.I would appreciate a fix or what I have to do to fix the issues, I really like them both when they work. Side note: It is hit or miss if the auto open when I come home, I usually have to use the keypad but not I have to use the key.
