My lock still works with the key pad and key but that is all. I tried all the resets etc, to no avail. It appears that the gateway unit has malfunctioned. I searched to see if another gateway unit could be purchased but apparently it only comes with the lock. Sad… Anybody else have this problem? If so how did you get your lock working again?

I keep trying to connect with my gateway… still no success. I keep getting a message that says:
Device already paired to another account. Please contact support for help
I only have one account so I’m not sure what that means. Any help would be appreciated.
Did you buy a refurbished or used lock/gateway? It may actually be locked to a different account and there isn’t any way to fix it that I know of.
Nope, this is the original gateway that came with the lock. That’s why I think it went bad and started giving me weird messages. I sure hope they restock the repair kit soon! I miss the self locking etc.
Have you tried this, removing the gateway from your account…not sure if this might make things worse, like it does with the hub for wireless cameras.
Unauthorized Setup
Once paired to your account, Wyze Lock cannot be setup to a different account unless you remove it first. This guarantees that nobody can unknowingly set up your Wyze Lock to their account while inside the house. You can still share Wyze Lock with other users, but they will not be able to set it up as a new device on their own account.
