Is there any way to increase the amount of force that the Wyze lock exerts to unlock? Mine is hit and miss, sometimes stopping just short of fully unlocking (the lock itself thinks it unlocked, but the deadbolt is still slightly out – preventing you from opening the door). It locks just fine, but doesn’t always unlock. I’ve checked the lock’s action and while there’s a bit of friction, it shouldn’t be enough to prevent the lock from unlocking all the way. I’ve lubricated the lock and adjusted the base plate to no avail. When I manually complete the unlocking process, it’s just a small movement and very little effort to turn. Suggestions?
