Recieved my Wyze Lock yesterday and have tried several times to install it to no avail. Having problems with the calibration feature. I have followed the instructions to the letter and the calibration process seems to work fine until the very end of the process where it seems to be in a loop. When the last step starts, it unlocks the door, then it says “loading” then after a few minutes says the calibration failed, gives a reason and invites me to try again!
I think I need to send this unit back and get another one…HELP

I submitted a support ticket to see if I can return the lock and have them send another one.

I have been experiencing the same problem with my lock and calibration. It takes me through the entire process then gives me the same message calibration failed.
