I’ve had 2 Wyze locks for about 18 months now, they both worked perfectly for 17 months and now suddenly the battery life has been terrible. I changed all the batteries last week and the device info in the app states that one of the locks is at 0%. I have not changed any settings. How did the lock go from only needing the batteries replaced once in 17 months to multiple times in one? No help from Wyze, as the locks are out of warranty. Any body have any helpful tips?
Did you use a different type of battery? Is it colder where the lock is? Some batteries do not perform well in the cold.
Nope, no change on my end. I’ve updated my Wyze lock and there isn’t a firmware update for the vacuum
