Hello Pierre! Thank you for your detailed questions about the Wyze Light Strip Pro. Here are the answers:

  1. Is the Wyze Light Strip Pro in one piece of 10 meters?

The Wyze Light Strip Pro is available in two sizes: 16.4 feet (5 meters) and 32.8 feet (10 meters). The 32.8-foot version is actually two 16.4-foot strips with a controller in the middle, not a single continuous 10-meter strip.

  1. Can we cut and assemble short pieces of the Wyze Light Strip Pro?

You can cut the Wyze Light Strip Pro at designated cutting marks to fit your space. However, once cut, the unused portions cannot be reattached or used elsewhere.

  1. Do you sell corner connections, so we don’t have to make loops in corners?

We do not offer corner connectors for the Wyze Light Strip Pro. You would need to loop the strip around corners.

  1. Do you include or sell clips to hold the Wyze Light Strip Pro more firmly in place with the back adhesive?

The Wyze Light Strip Pro comes with adhesive backing and additional clips to help secure the strip to various surfaces.

  1. If one LED burns out, will the rest work?

If a single LED fails, the rest of the strip should continue to function.

  1. If my Wyze Light Strip Pro works 24/7, what’s the longevity in months or years before it stops working?

The Wyze Light Strip Pro has a life expectancy of 25,000 hours. If used continuously (24/7), this equates to about 2.85 years (25,000 hours ÷ 24 hours ÷ 365 days ≈ 2.85 years).

  1. How many kits of Wyze Light Strip Pro of 10 meters can we assemble together?

Wyze Light Strip Pro strips cannot be physically connected end-to-end. You can mount multiple strips end-to-end and group them in the Wyze app for simultaneous control, but they will not be electrically connected.

  1. Do they work in temperatures between -30°C and +35°C?

The operating temperature range is -20°C to +50°C. They are not rated for use below -20°C, so -30°C is outside the recommended range.

Do you plan to make a Wyze Light Strip Pro 3, with the following ideas i suggested in my questions ?

Thanks in advance,
