I wish I had an answer for you, and at this point I’m not even sure whom to ping at Wyze with that specific question. Did you at least sign up for notifications from Wyze about availability for that product? Light Strip Pro’s product page should show you a “Notify me when back in stock!” button.
Unfortunately, there’s no apparent or easy way for customers to tell if/when some products will be available again, and your situation makes me think of the Wi-Fi Chime, which has been listed as “Sold out” and “Out of stock” for some time, though I’d expect that to be available at some point, and I hope the same is true for Light Strip Pro.
Well, I opened a support ticket and got a response back from Wyze, but whenever I try to copy and paste it here I get lots of errors, and no matter what I do I can’t fix them. I could help people, but this forum software is a FAIL. I’m done trying
Without more detail about what errors you’re seeing or what you’re trying to do here, I’m not sure what to suggest. While it took me a while to get accustomed to, I’ve found that I really like the Forum’s platform (Discourse).
