Wyze for Fish Tanks

During the Summer owning a fish tank can be a bit of a hassle. One was I was able to overcome this is with a Wyze Camera and Smart Plug. I have my camera aimed at my thermostat so I can see the temperature when im not home. If the temp climbs too high I can remotely turn on the cooling fans to lower the temperature. During the winter I can turn on an additional heater to help maintain temperature. Just one of the few ways wyze has made my life a little easier.

I’ve done similar with a Hermit Crab environment, since no water I can place the Wyze climate sensor in the aquarium and control the heater, lights, and humidifier.
