I bought a floodlight v2 (last week) and now every day it gets offline and it doesn’t reconnect. I checked and there were no issues with wifi router (internet outage, wifi network failed). The camera only recovers if I shut the power on and off. I already did a reset, but it didn’t solve the problem. Anyone with the same problem? All my other 3 wyze cams are working with no issues.
Can you help me find what can be causing this?
More information: the motion detector is not working and the lights don’t turn on. The camera has the IR lights turned on and there is a purple light on.
Mine is doing the same thing. Installed it in August. Been doing fine until yesterday. Now, wont stay online for more than a few minutes before i get an offline message. All the other wyze devices work fine. Just the new V2 flood. V1 floods, V2 and V3 cams, no issues.
