I believe the v4 does not have 5GHz connectivity. I haven’t noticed loss of field of view, but I can see if your field is different than mine.
The V4 does not have 5GHz WiFi connectivity; it does have WiFi 6 capability. I believe there are, or is, another model(s) that does have 5GHz connectivity. Again, at the expense of losing some of your view compared to the V3.
Agreed. It just varied from your previous statement. I could see it may be misinterpreted. Good that’s clarified.
You must have good to detect a loss of 4.2 degrees FOV. The one minute mark on a watch or clock is only 6 degrees.
I used the same exact mounting spot when I replaced my V3 with the V4. Can’t see a difference
It doesn’t take good eyes to miss what has always been there. If there is an object, porch column, tree, or whatever, within 10 to 20 feet of the camera lens, it’s going to dominate the view. Wide open spaces ? No problem.
