Wyze Duo Cam Doorbell person detection/recording just doesn't work beyond ~5' anymore

I’m having this same/similar issue with the new Wyze Cam v4.

I just made a post with a video as example:

WYZE Cam Pan v4, 4K, unable to see "human"

See the video. Camera makes no indication of detecting the human. All the settings are on for Max detection except I’m using a Detection Zone to block the street itself. I’ve been using it for about a week and normally it’s working good. I had a package delivered and didn’t know about it and Wyze didn’t make any alert, so I found the exact spot in the recorded video and realize a few things.
