Wyze doorbells not working

I recently had the duo doorbell and it stopped recording. They couldn’t figure out why so the refunded my money. They had no more duos in stock and I couldn’t wait so I bought the video doorbell pro. It was working perfect up until the other day. I put it on the charger and it’s been over 48 hours charging and just won’t hold a charge. I have tried different cords, different adapters and nothing is working. The firmware is up to date as well. I’m at a loss as to what to try next.

If Video Doorbell Pro isn’t holding a charge, especially with its original cable and a USB power supply with adequate output, then I’d contact Support to open a ticket for possible replacement. That’s frustrating, especially since you’ve already had one Wyze doorbell give you problems, but that would be my next step at this point.

For whatever it’s worth, I do see Duo Cam Doorbell in stock (the black model), and Battery Video Doorbell also appears to be in stock, but it doesn’t include a wireless chime; the Wi-Fi Chime that some people have been adding to Battery Video Doorbell looks like it’s still out of stock. :slightly_frowning_face:
