Wyze Doorbell v2 shows green video and pixelated from SD card

Hi.

Wyze Doorbell v2 is showing a lot of pixels during motion and green video from events during playback from the SD card.

Firmware version is 4.51.2.1041

Any ideas?

What troubleshooting have you attempted? If this is happening only during microSD playback, then what happens if you try viewing videos from that card in a PC? What happens if you try a different microSD card in the doorbell? What did Support say?

I have tried to restart the camera, and reset services.
I have tried to reformat the microSD card.
I have tried to disable the hardware decoder.
I have tried to clear cache and clear data in the android app.

Have you tried another card? Preferably, a faster one.

I didn’t see any mention of contacting Support, trying a different microSD card in the camera, or trying to view video from the microSD card on a PC in your response, so I still don’t know what’s going on here or if you’ve had resolution of the issue.
