I installed the Wyze Doorbell pro battery powered and signed up for Cam Pro but the only events that’s been recorded are the actual button pushes. Even then it doesn’t record the conversation. This morning I had a package delivered and mail and never got a notification and nothing in events history.
Make sure event recording is enabled in the doorbells settings, and check the detection settings and notification settingd
Also make sure the bell in the top right corner of the main page doesn’t haze ZZZ’s on it. lol I have done that without knowing and silenced all notifications.
