Door bell video not showing in events in app
Is event recording enabled? Have there been events that it should of saved a clip for? Are you filtering out events in the event tab? Need more information as to what your cameras settings are compaired to what it’s not doing. The more info the better to help “paint the picture” of what’s going on to narrow in on the issue and get focused help. Thanks in advance!
