My order won’t get to me until November 4th according to the Fedex tracking system. That is more than 4-7 days. It is coming from the Midwest, not Seattle. Took awhile to find the tracking number since it wasn’t in the Email sent when the items were marked as shipped.
Maybe the FedEx site is wrong, my order was delivered by USPS

That’s what I’m hoping. It shouldn’t take that long shipping from Indiana to Virginia.
The tracking number from my Wyze Day order showed that it would be delivered 11/1/19. It is shipping from Indiana. It left Indianapolis at 7 am Saturday. Today it arrived at the FedEx center in New Berlin, WI. The updated delivery date is now 10/31/19. That is 7 miles from my house and it is going to take FOUR DAYS???
The FedEx site say it was shipped by “FedEx SmartPost”. Is this their version of UPS Mail Innovation? I’m really hoping the date gets updated again, tomorrow would be ideal.
I know Wyze has no control at this point, But, this is the only place I have to vent. I will update this post if I get pleasantly surprised.
Totally understood. I guess we can only hope for the best. It seems like the tracking number is never very accurate.
No further info on mine.

I’m looking into the quote issue but the quantity possibly is a solid lead, @dewm.
For anyone who posted that they were trying to order on Wyze Day but couldn’t get the order through, please contact our support team if you haven’t already. Once you have done so, please give me your support ticket number so I can add a note that you were trying to place an order but ran into errors. This is only available for people who posted on or very shortly after Wyze Day so I can have that confirmation.
I am sharing all of this feedback with the team. For people surprised by orders coming from Indiana, one of our warehouses on the West Coast isn’t able to ship currently due to wildfire concerns so we’ve had to shuffle some things around. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Awesome bundled deal, will make a great holiday gift set for current non Wyzers. But for a Wyzer such as me…I want the outdoor cam model and/or a doorbell in order to want to buy anything more. Really wanting to see some NEW outdoor rated options that will throw RING and Nest/Google’s prices for a loop!
@dewm, we think we’ve figured out what was happening with your order! We’ll start working on fixing and testing it and we’ll keep you posted. I’ll make sure you can make your order.
@dewm, would you like to try making your order again? I can see about getting your shipping refunded since you were trying to make your order during Wyze Day and it was a website issue that prevented it.
I think Wyze should just do another free ship campaign on Halloween day for all registered users and make everything right on the ordering website.
I’ve placed 3 orders in the past week and every time I’ve had a really hard time getting items in my cart and checking out. Shopping on the Wyze website has been very difficult. Particularly when trying to buy sensors.
@djlogic26, sorry to hear this! We did find an issue with the sensors if you were ordering multiple packs. Hopefully your shop experience will be improved after this.
Why did I never hear about this? Now I can’t take advantage of the bundle offer. Not nice.
They didn’t give much advanced notice on the special sale.
They mentioned it 3 months ago and hyped it constantly in the 2 weeks or so before it
