This morning i opened my Wyze app and it had logged out. I logged in and the app won’t list my devices. I get a message Failed to … service code 3840 I can’t add my cameras back on because the app won’t give me a qr code to read. Tried again and the app won’t even launch the sequence to add the cam…

Glad I did not subscribe to any paid service. Clearly unreliable company …

I will switch cameras by the end of today when I get home from work. This is unacceptable.

I have spent the better part of 2 hours trying to fix this. So glad it’s not just me

Same thing here. Works on my husband’s phone, but says 2/3 cameras have lost connection. We have them hardwired so that’s odd. No updates, reinstalled. When I first opened the app, it had me log in again. And now this. [IMG_2510]

The other number says that you’re calling them outside of their business hours. Then they state their hours aaaaaand…you’re not. They should be picking up. Just tried from Philly.

Their service status page does not state anything about this issue. Their chatbot mentioned an issue with a service partner which has now been resolved … but apparently with no effect as my list is still empty

Yep, same thing here. Calling from STL, it’s 7:45am. Which means it’s 5:45am for them.

Then maybe they are still in bed …
