If I can’t get the 3 times on/off factory reset procedure to do anything at all (absolutely no lighting of the bulb)…does that mean the bulb is toast? I’ve already had 2 replaced…now 2 more have gone this route.
I set them aside and tried again after a week or so…nothing. Any thoughts?
