Wyze Color Bulb Issue

I received a 4 pack of the Color bulbs last week and am having an issue with one of the bulbs.
I set 3 of them up without any issues. All 3 worked fine for several hours. Later that evening I was messing around with the settings on the last bulb I installed, and changed the color to a red setting, and then about 5 minutes later the bulb started blinking blue every 2 seconds. It also lost the connection on my iOS app.
I have tried to factory reset it by turning the hardware switch on/off 3 times, but it has no affect and keeps blinking blue when i turn it on again.
Any help would be appreciated to resolve this!

Have you tried setting the bulb up in the app again? The blinking blue may be the setup pattern for that bulb. Make sure your mobile device is on WiFi and your Bluetooth is enabled.
If the bulb still is not connecting after a factory reset and setup attempt, you may want to contact Wyze Customer Support about this issue!

phone support is typically faster however this isn’t always true due to fluctuation in the amount of calls.

Yes - I deleted it from my app, and then tried to add it back, but it’s not being found now to add back.

I’ll contact Customer Support and go from there.
