I got a mail at 3am saying wyze sensors are available and I checked at 9.30 am and they were not available. Was it an error from wyze or some test code deployment or the bots bought it for resale on amazon. Not impressed with wyze.
I get them every night at 3:02 AM, so when it came in, I checked it immediately at that time, and there were none. So yes, some glitch from Wyze. I sent them a note on that, but havenât heard back.
Some kind of a simple wait-list would have been so much better. atleast the customer would know if they are getting this car or not. But making you click and check the site every hours for the whole day with nothing to show in the end is just dumb.
I think alot of you guys are not logically thinking about this AT ALL. There was likely over 10,000 people in the site adding the same thing to the cart as you were. ANY website would have congestion issues. Just use your heads. Stop putting the blame on them, I got my car. You guys shouldâve been quicker. Stop complaining ![]()
Youâre the one not thinking logically. Wyze blew it today. When an item goes in your cart it shouldnât be sold to someone else. Itâs basic e-commerce but Wyze obviously sucks at it.
are all the customers literally this dense? it was a bad April foolâs joke clearly I saw right through it. do you honestly feel wyze is capable of making such a product? I guarantee it was a last minute throw this all together for April foolâs at their Monday meeting or even better they waited till Wednesday to come up with this idea and spend all the resource working on that rather than address issues with their doorbell users as I think that is the only thing outstanding not working
I had the car in my cart for hours. Tried so many times but the site kept throwing error pages. Its not about speed. Its about the site just not working and this method of selling 5000 cars is just wrong.
Nope again bud. It took me 4 hours and 3 different tries to get it. It was annoying yes. But I still got one. The thrill was part of the fun

There were many of us who tried for several hours over and over again. It had nothing to do with speed. Wyze was unprepared and the rollout was poorly planned. The website did not work and many people got screwed over. Wyze will lose a lot more customers than theyâll gain from this.

It was actually 500 released every hour, not 5k. At least get your facts straight. They do owe their customers a website that works. They wonât have to worry about it not working for me anymore since I wonât be buying any other products from them.

I have never posted anything bad about Wyze but I have had it now. I have over 12 wyze products but this car thing was the last straw for me. Itâs been a nice ride but I am done now. Bye bye wizeâŚ

After trying 6 different times and having no luck and assuming it was a terrible April foolâs joke I checked my email this morning and it shows I purchased one about halfway through my attempts. I had made it once to the checkout screen but it froze up. I had no idea I had actually bought one. Itâs got an order # and everythingâŚnow we will see if this thing actually ships or not.
