No I did check that. It boots from the C: drive as #1 priority.

@JamesT6 The cameras are good, It’s the MicroSD cards that are locked all of a sudden. I replaced the MicroSD cards in both cameras and both cameras are working normal again.

I switched my cards to HD cards made for write/ rewrite and i haven’t had any issues, with low cost cards they only lasted a month and would lock.
