Wyze camera feeds have no audio when streaming on Amazon show 5

Hello … I’ve had Wyze cameras thru my house that have worked great on my Wyze app. They still do, I added an Amazon show 5 recently and the cameras displayed great on the show for a few weeks but recently have stopped transmitting audio for all 4 Wyze cameras (3 different models) when displayed on the Amazon show. When displayed on the Wyze app, they work Perfect.

Any help would be great. I reset cameras, reconnected cameras, factory reset the Amazon show and re-linked everything. Still no luck.

The sound seems to possibly be extremely extremely low, so much so that it basically is mute. Cannot make out anything. I’ve ensured nothing is set to mute.

I have this same issue. It worked when I first got it and now it doesn’t. Seems like this is a known issue and an ongoing one. Have you found any resolution?

Last night we noticed that a Wyze 4 cam to our Show 15 had video and no audio. Tried it on a Show 8 and it had audio. We use it to watch a baby, audio is VERY important right now. And yes Audio is still there in the App.
