It would’ve been nice if they waited to start a trial when I was ready to start it, took me a week to get the camera situated where I wanted to have them because I have 10 of them and set them up and I find out the trial is about over So I called customer service yeah to simply ask if they would re-start the trial that I haven’t used at all and they tell me they can’t thanks off to good start with Wyze
If you uninstall the app and then reinstall it I think it grants another 2 week trial? Others can speak better to this. (It might be that this happens when you reset a camera, not sure.)

I think I have seen that it will do that one time, I have not personally tried though
