Wyze Cam v4 secure mounting

I need to mount v4 cameras outside so I am looking for a secure option that will not let people walk away with them.
Any ideas?

The higher the better. My neighbor has cameras above his garage doors. I would have mounted them higher but he wanted them aimed directly at his driveway where he parks his cars.

Also, do your cameras absolutely need to be outside? Here are 4 of my v3 cameras inside double pane windows looking out.

The screw hole in the base does allow pretty secure mounting if you do it fairly tight (obviously not tight enough to break the base). You could use something like a security torx screw, but since the cam can be removed from the base with a regular screwdriver, that probably wouldn’t help. And no matter what brute force will make them removable. So yeah, as @StevenA said, higher the better or possibly even inside.

I did wrap the place where the power cord connects to the camera “tail” in white electrical tape (mostly for water protection) which would make it hard to unplug, and I also have little white nail on clips holding the wire out of sight. But of course they could cut it. So I guess if it has to be within reach, it isn’t about secure mounting and more about making it more difficult to remove.
