Mount it high so you need a ladder to get to it.
Inside of an enclosure with a plexiglass front is one possibility, out of reach as @habib suggests is another.
You also have the option of mounting it inside looking out a window, image quality will depend on lighting and angles though, may requires some fiddling. Wyze does make a window mount that helps block out inside light and reflections.
