This is why I am on the beta program, to help sus out issues. None of mine are business critical.
2.48.0(b376) works fine on a Note 8 works fine.
I just chose cams with redundant, overlapping coverage or 24/7 streaming testbed cams.
We are looking into this issue and have paused this beta release. I apologize for the issues.
going to install on my ZFlip 5 to see if it works on that device.
will let you know
Edit
Got a bit confused on the version. b376 is the previous app version. so not testing it.
It is the newest App that is incompatible, the older beta version (b376) works fine…
I’m using Beta iOS. I updated one v3 and didn’t have any problems with it. Tried to update my v3 pro several times and it went offline each time. Power cycled it and it came back to life. But it wouldn’t update.
I am on the latest Prod .379 which was just released. I have multiple phones, so I might roll one back and test some more.
I did all of my updates via the Mass Update Page. I tend to jump in with both feet and an Anchor sometimes.

@WyzeJasonJ - All problem cams stream perfectly under iOS and Android 2.47 apps. If logs for the same cams under old 2.47 apps help for comparative debug, let me know and I’ll generate some logs and post IDs.
I have found that if you go into reach camera setting and hit restart the cameras will come back. Try it.
Until you back out of the stream and come back in. Then you’re hosed again. Same for doing a powercycle on the cam.
Just tried with no luck. great suggestion though.
My friend has ios 2.47, and can’t view any of my cams now…
Your right, Temporary.
There was a post that said you have to have 2.48 with the new FW. They will need to update there app
Yea, she checked, and it said it was up to date. She is not on beta, I don’t have Apple, and we are at different locations, deaf leading the blind when trying to help with it…
Does she have the Beta App as well? I have had issues like this. To get the new prod app, I had to remove the beta then install the new app from the Apple Store.
2.47 still streaming fine for me on 1 Android tablet, 1 Android phone, 1 iPhone and 1 iPad all simultaneously with Cam v3 and Cam v3 Pro cams grouped running this problem firmware. Not really the purpose of this test though.
she does not have Test Flight or is not on the beta app
