Hello. I suspect others have had this issue and perhaps a solution has been shared. I have contacted support and was not able to make any progress other than the troubleshooting steps.
I have 3 v3 cams and when trying to download a video, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t and sometimes it has worked then not worked for the same video later. I have spent time updating, rebooting, syncing the time, and reinstalling the app, and the problem remains. any ideas or suggestions? I am ready to look for a new camera provider.

I am seeing this all the time. Most of the time for most videos I cannot complete download, it gets stuck on “Downloading” forever and nothing ever appears in the iPhone’s photos.
I have tried swiping the app, rebooting the phone itself, making sure the is or is not playing at the time I try to download, making sure it played all the way to the end …
Choosing “share” has the same result.
Sometimes for a given video it gets in an alternate state where the loading screen quickly disappears and then an error appears at bottom of screen saying “Saved failed, please try again”. Note the grammar error.
For this video afterwards when you visit it in the app there is an error “Connection failed” “could not load event image.” “Check that your WiFi signal is strong and connected”. But a moment later it will successfully start playing the video.
There is no way provided on the web dashboard to download event videos, so the iPhone app is the only way. Very frustrating, and apparently going on for at least a year now.
