Wyze Cam v3 Pro = Train Wreck

As @TomG said your 40 foot cord will not pass the current (amps) necessary to run the camera properly.

It’s on you for the water incursion as you should of made sure your non-Whyze micro-USB cable had a good seal.

I am very rough on my cameras and none have died yet from water incursion.

Below is the life of just one of my cams

The v3 seems to have a better connection for a longer cable. Why change what worked? I do not have network issues anywhere in or around my home.

My v3 Pro won’t record in 2k to the cloud, but works fine in SD. Liveview does not work well either.

In 2k it will show a thumbnail/snapshot and an error message that nothing was uploaded because of signal strength, but it seems to be fine. Liveview is obvious seems to need more bandwidth than I would expect.
