I noticed when I turn on my motion tracking [green box tracking], it blurs the subject it is tracking. Already did a factory reset, power cycle, and updated firmware. This is happening on all of my cameras even the older version. The pixelation of the subject goes away if I disable motion tracking – of course because there is no green box.
Can you share a screenshot of this? Do you have the live view set the HD?
Both sd and hd has this issue.
Does this happen to all your events, or just some of them? Do you have any other cams that are doing this?
I would say 50% of my events are like that
Power cycle your router,cams,clean up your cache on your app on your device,sign out of app,power cycle your device
