Hello I have a Wyze cam V1 that is reading camera offline. I have already did a power cycle on the device and did a complete reset procedure and still can not get the camera to setup. I did this several times but no successful setup. I am on 2.4 MHz WiFi and the camera still shows a solid yellow light. It does not blink in order to set it up. This is the second V1 camera that has done this. I have also removed the sd card per the instructions but nothing happens to get it setup. The camera was working properly before but now it is offline and will not setup as a new device. Please advise on what I can do to make it work again. Thank you from Chris
