My wyze camera is still not working flashing yellow light and saying it’s still offline
@cyndi0m2, As a first step, have you tried power cycling the camera and force restarting the app?
Yes…I’ve tried and when I press setup it’s keeps saying ready to connect and still says it’s offline yellow light flashing and etc.
@cyndi0m2, I’ve moved your posts to a new topic for more individual attention since you are still have the problem after the outage has been resolved.
If you pressed the setup button, then you have put the camera back into the original setup mode. You will need to reconnect it to the app.
DO NOT delete the camera from the app first though. In the app, tap the three dot (…) icon at top right on the home page, then Add a Product. Next select Wyze Cam or Wyze Cam Pan as appropriate. Follow the instructions which will take you through scanning the QR code, etc, like you did on first setup.
Once the camera has been re-added the app will match it to the MAC address of the camera that’s already in your list and restore the settings. (That’s why you don’t delete it first).

Found the problem!. I was trying to scan the QR code on the bottom of the Wyze Cam with my Smart phone not with the Wyze cam! Silly me, I had to scan the QR code on my Smart phone screen with the Wyze Cam! Thanks Online support (Mike) for your help!
