Wyze Cam Unlimited Pro

When is this Wyze Cam unlimited pro coming out? There is a serious lapse in security since “Cam Protect” is now legacy product.

Also please get rid of advertising for “cam protect” from your black friday ads.

They’ve been giving hints about the new service since Spring time, but no official ETA yet. They’ll launch it whenever they feel it’s finally stable and ready. The only option to get updates about this is to go to Wyze Web App and go to the bottom and select to join the waitlist:

I didn’t realize Cam Protect has officially become a legacy service now too, but yeah, I just checked and it’s no longer being offered as an option for a subscription. Hopefully this means they’re planning to launch this sometime in the next couple of months.

For anyone curious about what the new plan will include, you can view a comparison at this website if you’re logged in: Wyze Web App

or here for anyone:

I’ll let some employees know about the Black Friday Ads. Where did you see them? Were they in the app store? The Website? Email?

@Legitimacy0808 I tried looking through all the Black Friday ads I could find and I must have missed the ads about Cam Protect, so I haven’t been able to pass that on to employees yet. Can you take a screenshot of the Black Friday Ad(s) for Cam Protect and tell me where to find them so I can pass on your feedback for you?

Edit: I think I found it at the bottom of the email, were you referring to the footer part here?

Are there any updates on this service being available? I can’t find anything yet.

Not yet, one of it’s features is in beta testing right now.

Any update on the Cam Unlimited Pro? I’m getting emails regarding purchasing it but can’t find it in the shop section of the app.

I strongly recommend not ever signing up for subscriptions through the Wyze app or ANY app. Instead go directly to the company website. In this case, go to Cam Unlimited Pro and click on subscribe.

Why not order through an app? Apple and google steal [take] 30% of the cost, thus making subscriptions cost up to 30% if you order in the app instead of the website. That is not worth it.
In addition, if you do it through the app, you aren’t actually ordering from Wyze, you’re order from Apple/Google, so there are often more problems with things not working right and then Wyze has to tell you to call the OS company because they’re not allowed to mess with the subscription.
