Up or down movement is working fine however side to side panning is frozen. It will not budge even if I try to move it manually. Whats going on?

Could you do me a favor, and unplug the Wyze Pan Cam, and plug it back it, and tell me if the cam goes though its normal cycle of going all the way to the left, then all the way to the right, before resting at its default position? If it does not do its normal cycle, I’am only Assuming that there may be an issue with the Pan motor.
If the motor does not move I would Contact Support at the link below:
Welcome to the community, @margaret. I would not recommend trying to manually force the camera base to move, as you could damage the motor. If the camera doesn’t rotate after you have tried @TheNerdCorner’s suggestion, then yes, a support request would be your next step.

You can also submit a request from within the Wyze app by going to Account > Help & Feedback > Report an Issue. The latter method will allow you to include an app log for diagnosis.)
