Pan Cam v2 Defective Motor

Hello, I have a Pan Cam v2 with a problem. I have full functions in moving the camera manually to the left but when I manually move back to the right the camera moves a fraction, freezes to a blurred view then goes offline. I went through MANY, MANY, MANY resets.

The POS just dies when moving towards the right.

Best thing to do if it is still under the 1 year warranty is contact Support (by voice if possible) to have them troubleshoot and offer a replacement:
