So I have a Wyze Cam Pro which I got when they first came out. Over all I’ve had no issues with it at all. But now the Cam won’t turn on. I’ve removed the battery, replaced it, I’ve held down the reset button. Nothing seems to work. I’ve charged the battery. But nothing seems to allow it to turn on. I’m not sure what’s happened to it. It’s been inside the entire time. Anyone have any other ideas?

What happens if you plug the cam’s USB-C port into a wall adapter (not the same adapter or cable you’re using to charge the batteries in case one of those is dead). Just trying to narrow down if the battery charger may have died or the cam itself.
If the cam is non responsive and batteries are charged, sounds like it has died, if within the warranty period they will replace it.
