This new WYZE Cam Pan v4, 4K doesn,t pick up any activity out in the yard like my wyze cam v4??
It’s an indoor camera. If you have it pointed out a window, it will NOT working correctly. The window glass will mess with it.
Get a v4 and put it outside. Then you will be good.

Are you saying that NO motion is being captured? What are the settings on the camera? Is it logging events but not notifying you?
You gotta come with some documentation if you want help. Just saying “camera no work”… is not helpful.
Camera " Yes Work" Picks up close movement of people and logs it, any animals squirrels racoons or deer does not record.
You will then have to mess with your sensitivity, ensure all A.I. detection is enabled, and continue to test. The cameras work… in cases like this, it’s a setup issue.
While I don’t have this camera in particular, I have 26 of them and have been in the eco system since 2019. The cameras work and once properly configured. Sometimes placement outside needs to be adjusted.
Had a WYZE Cam v4 (Latest Model), 2.5K in the same spot where this cam is, it pick up everything!!

If Person detection is on and All Motion is off, the Pan v4 will log people up close and skip squirrels, raccoons, and deer even in the same spot your old v4 covered. Compare those detection toggles and the sensitivity number side by side with the v4 that still catches everything.
