One of my cameras qit working on the rotate motor. Tilt still works however it will not rotate. Have only has it 4 months
Return it, you have 1 year warranty.
My experience is you probably won’t even have to send the old one back (YMMV of course). They just sent me a new one when one of mine got water in it. They didn’t even ask for any proof, but they may have been able to see that the camera was going on and offline and rebooting in the logs for my account.
