Wyze Cam Pan Settings

Just got my Wyze Cam Pan, and was wondering what is the “correct” settings ?

Do I turn on off the Pan settings ? Or should I leave it on if I want the Cam to follow motion. What If I am home and don’t want to have the Cam Pan turn all the time?

Any input would be appreciated.
