Wyze Cam Pan no Audio

I just purchased and installed my Wyze Cam Pan and have NO AUDIO. Tried shutting it off, turning back on, restart from phone app, reset device, taking out micro sd card, shutting off auto/nightvision. Tried all these things as others had wrote worked for them on here and it didn’t for my device. Now I have 5 other devices of Wyze Cam V2 work perfecting on sound. Someone please HELP ME or do I need to return device?

@jkwilson2009 You can open a support ticket with the Wyze support team. They can help you troubleshoot this issue and decide if it is defective camera or not. If it is they will replace it for you. Contact Support Here :slightly_smiling_face:
