Wyze Cam Outdoor Wifi?

I have the Wyze Cam Outdoor and Base Station. So far, they have been great!

Connection from the Cam to the Base Station is 2/3 or 3/3 bars, I get notifications usually within 1 minute of them happening, Everything seems to just work.

I have a question though… I see there is a WYZE_########## wifi spot in my house now. Is this from the Base Station or the Cam Outdoor? The Base Station is wired to my mesh network. So, I assume it is the Wifi from the Base Station to the Cam Outdoor.

If this is the case, is there anything I can do to hide this SSID, make it more secure, etc?

It’s the wifi signal put out by the base station. You cannot currently hide it.

Also, hiding SSIDs (turning off beacon broadcast) doesn’t really hide them or make them substantially safer. I wonder if Wyze ever has the bases rotate out their credentials. Probably not?
