The WCO detects motion best when it is across the field of view. Straight at or Away from the cam is not good. If I were you I would turn the face of camera a little to the left keeping your stairs in view. Try a few degrees at a time toward the yellow line on my altered photo attached. Also read this information. The bottom area in the light green is the PIR ZONE so I would also tilt the camera up just a small amount so it is closer to the end of the drive.
