Wyze Cam not recognizing the Wyze SD card
I cannot get my Wyze camera to acknowledge the SD card (wyze sd card) I have rebooted the camera removed the SD card and checked all troubleshooting. Does anyone else have this issue? If so what rectified the issue if any? TIA & Yes I have tried a different SD card.

If this issue arose from the recent app and firmware updates, I reccomend putting the SD card back in, then uplugging the cam from power. Plug it back in, go to the app, turn it on, and take a look.

Mine wouldn’t see my SD card after the recent updates, even after “Rebooting” from the app; I had to unplug it from power, plug it back in, then it worked as expected.

  • Remove your SD card
  • unplug camera
  • insert SD card back (cam is unplugged)
  • plug in back to outlet

Wait until it connects completely (steady blue light on cam)
