I’m getting an Error Code -15 when logging into my camera on my iPad. I did get the new firmware update yesterday. It works perfectly on my iPhone.
Exact same issue here. . Right after an update.
Per a few emailed updates, Wyze tech support is working on it.
I am having the same problem with my Floodlight pro. All my other cameras work fine on my ipad except for the floodlight pro, after the last updates. On my iphone everything works fine. When I went into location settings in privacy on my iphone there is a location services option, but on my ipad the location services option is missing. Does anyone know if that is the problem or have any updates?
I got a few messages after I opened a case last week. Nothing received in the past few days. As of this morning, 5/22 at 0700 eastern, nothing new and the problem still exists.
This happened before and they fixed it now what’s the problem because it’s happening to me again
It seems to happen when they publish new firmware and Apple publishes a new iOS when they occur within hours of each other.
Things seem to be operational again!
