I just started re-adding my bulbs. After the fourth 9ne, ALL bulbs are showing online, controls work, but does nothing. One of the bulbs is completely disconnected from power but still shows online in app and equally unresponsive. Tried restarting the the app, and then my phone. Still the same thing. Is this a server issue?
Having the same issue with bulbs and switches.
And they are back. Looks like server issue, based on other people having the same issue.
Spent 22 minutes troubleshooting, relinking to Alexa, and rebooting my entire network with no success. Poof, a minute later it’s all back online.
They know a server failed, and we all registered with our email account, so there is no valid reason to not send out an email blast when this occurs.
This is come up quick consistently tonight I think we should bring in some more help.@mavens

Sorry about that, embhorn. I missed the issue until after everything was resolved so I didn’t post as quickly as I normally would. Our team is working on improved reporting and communication.
