I have 7 of the V1 bulbs, and 5 color bulbs. All of the v1 bulbs on firmware 1.2.0.382 pair and work perfectly. Only one bulb on 1.2.0.384 is paired and works and that’s because I accidentally did the firmware upgrade after connecting it. None of my bulbs that were on 1.2.0.384 before the move will pair. The issue is obviously the firmware, are you (Wyze) going to address it or continue ignoring the problem? This is not the first post reporting issues with 1.2.0.384.

Wyze employees do sometimes post new topics to channels like Wyze News or Beta and will occasionally respond in other categories, but if you want to get an official response from Wyze, then your best bet is probably contacting them directly via the Help Center.
I don’t have any direct experience with the older Wyze Bulbs (I have two generations of Bulb Color and the BR30), but I’ve read some about the issue you referenced, so I’m aware that it’s an ongoing concern for some users.
