I see this post is old, but I found it because it’s my problem. I was connecting a new device today with my Starlink. I rebooted a couple of times and after that my Wyze bulbs stayed offline. On one of them, I just turned off/on a few times and it seemed to come back online. The other one is in my basement and I am not able to go down there. The whole purpose of having a Smart Bulb I could turn on remotely was to have light when I needed it and to see when I did go downstairs. Everything else comes back online very fast when I rebook the modem.
