Wyze bulb disconnected

Hi All,

Just installed 2 Wyze bulbs about a week ago and they have been working perfectly. I went into the app today and it shows that both devices are “offline”. I also have 2 Wyze pan cameras and they are working fine. That lets me know that my network is up and running. My question is, do I need to travel back home to troubleshoot the bulbs or is there anything that can be done remotely to get them back up and running? #wyze_bulb

The Wyze bulbs in my humble opinion are NOT ready for prime time. Wyze has acknowledge there is a problem with bulbs randomly going on. Reported by many but Wyze apparently has not been able to isolate the problem.

I have personally experienced this on two of my four Wyze bulbs. Some people have commented they have no problems.
