Wyze Bulb Color turns off after a few minutes

Hi, long time Wyze user. I’ve been using cams and bulbs for a while now. I’ve been having trouble with my bulb color turning off after only a few minutes. The app can not communicate with the bulbs, it says theyre offline. This has only happened recently.
Current firmware: 1.2.0.509

I’ve reinstalled the app, deleted and reinstalled in-app, reinstalled the bulbs physically, and then deleted and reinstalled them on the app. Just about every combination and the bulbs seem stay on for somewhere between 2-15 min and turn off. I have not set any scheduling whatsoever. This 4 pack was bought in March of this year.

EDIT: Upon further review, I hadn’t thought to try a normal bulb. It’s a ceiling fan problem. No Wyze issues here!

Thanks for providing an update on this. I saw it earlier today but bookmarked it for later because I wanted to give it some more thought before responding. I’m glad you got it figured out! :+1:
